Paul Low has 30 years of business and corporate leadership experience spanning life insurance companies, bank, and internet start-ups in Singapore and across the region. Started off as a life insurance  agent, Paul ventured into many different arenas in distribution, product design, marketing, business development, before becoming the President and Chief Executive Officer of Prudential Life Insurance Company of Taiwan. Paul has more than 10 years of experience in C-Suite roles in multi-national firms.

Paul is always thankful that he had many opportunities working for great companies, among talented people of diverse backgrounds and cultures. Particularly in Prudential (USA), Paul witnessed the power of values and beliefs, and the strong culture that spur its people on doing the right things, taking care of their customers. That leaves an imprint in Paul and strengthens his resolve to do something good in the next chapter of his life. He moved back to Singapore in Oct 2017.

Since his return to Singapore, Paul has dived aggressively into learning the art and science of professional coaching with the hope of unleashing the tremendous potentials of individuals and organizations leveraging on his more than 30 years of hands-on corporate and executive experience. Agenda Coaching was set up against this backdrop!

Agenda coaching will focus primarily on the insurance and financial services industry in Asia, and Paul’s target audience is the senior and C-suites executives. Paul believes that our executive and leadership experience in the multinational companies will better enable us to add value to our clients

Paul believes that people are creative and resourceful, and we have the innate power to explore options, pursue our goals and realize our potential. More importantly, we deserve to lead a fulfilled, balanced and fun life.
